nJXH

Appropriate selection of the value of nJXH in HMBC type experiments can make a substantial difference to the signal-to-noise ratio for a particular experiment time.  The example below (a series of short one-dimensional HMBC experiments in which nJXH has been varied between 1 and 18 Hz) illustrates that a value of 2-3 Hz provides the best S/N for this particular analyte.
